Please include:

• A description of the project and what you would like to achieve

• A list of the spaces or areas to be designed

• Your preferred style, colours and overall aesthetic

• Any inspiration images or reference projects

• Your ideal timeline and any important deadlines

• All relevant files, photos, plans, dimensions etc

The more detail you can provide upfront, the better I can tailor the design to your vision.

Once I have everything I need, I’ll get to work!

I’ll keep you updated on progress and may reach out via email if I need any further information or clarification.

You can generally expect a progress update or any questions towards the end of the day. If anything changes with the agreed timeline, I’ll let you know.

Once you’ve had a chance to review the design, please send through any feedback via email.

To keep the process running smoothly, please try to consolidate your feedback into one email wherever possible.

Any changes outside the original project scope or agreed revisions may require additional time and fees. I’ll always discuss & confirm these with you before proceeding.

Once the renders are complete, I’ll email you a Dropbox link containing your final images.

An invoice for the agreed project fee will also be sent through at this stage, with payment due within 14 days of the invoice date.

The final delivery will include the agreed renders and any additional files outlined in your project brief & our discussions.
